  1. This one stumps me, yet it keeps catching my attention and calling me back for another visit. It seems to be a riddle that I haven’t yet solved. Help?

Is the spinning rock the world? Is “you” a person?

    • Grace, hi! That’s hilarious that anything I write has somebody stumped. I kind of think that’s fun, so thank you. Is it ok if I say that the rock and the breath and the you could be one and the same or possibly not? But you are so fantastic that if you really want to know, I will tell you. It’s something actually very basic.

      • You, the rock, and the breath as one has me dizzy! Literally, as I wrap my head around it. Thanks for expanding my view of this one. What fun!

Being anchored by a spinning rock seems silly, but aren’t we all anchored to one? As I write this, it occurs to me that this explains your haiku! We focus on our breathing to anchor us. We focus on our connection with this spinning rock to feel grounded. We are anchored by what spins the rock that we live on.

Sigh. Delightful, and well worth my lingering. Thanks for the playful clue 🙂 Do you have more to add?
