Reverse Faults: A Haiku

First, let faults greet me
Lady Lake, please wash me clean
Speak truth to my ears

A canyon awaits
That into it I may shout
My apology

City forgive me
My abandonment of you
I come home redeemed

Haiku

A misplaced hello
All of the patient prayer
Shan't grace you again

All in this lifetime
I want to befriend the bear
Shake hearts with the shark

All and each of You
Your Photos, Your Poetry
They converse with Me

Speak aloud to me
Never, ever let me hear
A virtual heart

Is as tall as me,
all you'd promised me you'd be
and holds all my trust.

You're tolerating
Your mere mortality, your
Immorality

Since I’ve created
A virtual haven here
I’ll uncreate it

Henceforth, you’re banished
Though I love you, I love you,
I’ll be my own friend

“You’re not putting me
on some timetable devised
by you, lover boy.”

You came to my heart
As a pinpoint white light
You said “You’re Welcome.”
