Some whimsical plan

I let you drop the breadcrumbs

I ate in blind love

Saw Nothing: Another Haiku

One step then the next
Open your eyes and fret not
Go about the day

You’ve set the bird free
Happy girl now you may run
Oh what have you done

The blush of my heart
Is home here in your shadow
The cool of your calm

I laced my fingers
in between yours. It felt right.
And then I woke up.

I swear to myself
I will fortify the gates
I swear this to god

Listen will you hear
Women with sing-song voices
Man that needs her so

Without the water
Will the world spin without me
Or will I set pace

I’ve offered my nape
My shoulder -and too, my hand
To He who is kind

As if an aura
Occludes all of the senses
And feeds a sad soul
