Anchor: A Haiku

You must believe me
And take note, I’ve faith in you
Let us Always Be

Dominoes: A Haiku

All the hand-holders
Please be good to each other
And lean in, not out

For how long elsewhere
I look and see my city
I choose to come home

The Clouds I dismissed

Strut back gleaming as the Sun

With Gauntlet in hand

What use are the words
I’ll offer silence with strength
And belief in you

You maddening thing

Kissing me beneath my hat

Walking boldly off

Come. We should play now.
Let’s tip over the quiet.
Spill out the silly.

I’m too weak to touch
Who stands in light before me
Are you illusion

So I breath shallow
Contemplating the deep drink
Of consecration

I saw us loving
But it was in black and white
There must be color

Where would you have me
Splash and spill adrenaline
That’s flowing from me?
Somewhere in the Mountains
