Beauty to Behold

I give props to the parts of me that suffered through some things

I can still bring my game, despite all transition brings

For, both void and abundance create a most-sacred space

I’m a beauty to behold as I move with mid-life grace

Accessed Abundance

And so the bus took me
Careened into my path and made me say goodbye long before I’d feel able

The undercurrent drew my name
Encircled my entrenched legs, thinking, “Why wait another night?”

Here I live now

No where to sit except pretty
No place to swim but the deep

None ticket nor tide table in hand
These things are not needed

First Of All

I am not God
But I know a truth
So I will say what

Let us recreate Woman
What the divine image!
Be she blessed

Let us grant her dominion
See these creatures
In need of a fruitful goddess

Let us know her abundance
Let us call her good
Let us rest

Education

It is a new cup, a blessedly empty cup, staring at me

I thought I knew no thirst

There you stand, eyes upon me too

Teacher, mentor, friend

In full passion

Larger than life’s lessons, thus far

Red-hot tea kettle in one hand

Abundance in the other

And I, with great thirst, indeed, am ready to receive
