Cinderella walks alone
What did she expect

I’m no girl next door
I’m no saved Cinderella
I’m just God’s daughter

Fall away
All the ways
They think
You think
They think
Of you

Stand down
The put-down
Of lies from without
Lying within
Minds lying
To you

My Cinderella
Dances way past midnight, smiles
And does it barefoot
