We’re not blank pages
We’re more compelling than that
We’re an epic tale

Haiku on Being: Saturday, November 30, 2013

Hey did you see that
As you walked past the mirror
A flash of genius

My wish for us all
Is that we will jump not fall
Into life engaged

Reflecting on life
And on those who’ve sacrificed
Brings me to my knees

Tell someone something
That will thrill their very heart
Last chance may be now

If before I die
Someone would ask me to dance
There’d be no regrets

Game day aren’t they all
Challenges novel and old
Smile lets do this thing

How am I to be
Be fearfully wonderful
Says HE who made me
