Used then discarded
Rubbish now or recycled
Into your new life

holy grail

Screened eyes
Peering
What call
Whose melody
Stirred

Thee
Dance now damn you
Do more than search
Sing
Swim

Should fear suffocate
Then forgive the cruel stick and
Watch the sweet carrot

Finished forgiving,

place the bow back in my hair

and I will smooth yours.
