Then in rolled the fog

Consuming not just in jest

All fear that it faced

This Haiku: Crowbar

Why does the window

Where from Earth I watch its Star

Seem only ajar

We will all make it
To that smallest patch of sun
And come full-circle

You the violin
Upon which my chin would rest
But for all the chairs

Have my deepest breath
Tip-toe back, blurry my eyes
Adore from afar

“…If you wish to know
How this tough skin sparkles so
The truth’s spilled on me”

Pour the yellow paint.
We’ll create with big, bold strokes.

I will spend the hours
Giv’n to me by God above
Bathing in that light

This is just a dream
And you and I the dreamers
