Speak: A Haiku
Construction clatter
Bulldozing, then building up
Disciples list’ning
Drain: A Call To Action In Haiku
All these fine, blind men
Contented by my Echo
Narcissism numbs
Reverse Faults: A Haiku
First, let faults greet me
Lady Lake, please wash me clean
Speak truth to my ears
A canyon awaits
That into it I may shout
My apology
City forgive me
My abandonment of you
I come home redeemed
Thermal
I want the Spring to redeem me
The Lake to heal me
I want salvation for my soul
My heart rinsed and made whole
I want the wild, wild to steal me
The West to bring me home
I want this at any cost
I’ve a dime and a half lifetime to spend
A Haiku: Wait!
There was more glory
There was the lake’s crashing waves
There was my full heart
I am canvas-covered
