From Defeat
Gingerly
Silently
From a place of respect
From defeat
Not yet ready for the early morning lack
The streets still littered with the chaos that ensued
I close the door
From the other side
I ask, To Whom can I turn
He tells me Yes, and shepherds me to sunlight
Child
No reason my heart ought beat
No logic
Save you, who saves me
From nothingness, thinks me something
From absence, brings me present
No reason, no logic
But perfect sense
Darkness comes to you as beauty
Evil’s delight…to enthrall
By the time you’ve thought against your sweet surrender
You have progressed to your Fall
Wonder not from whence Salvation
Love, Simplicity It’s Name
Fire-refined and the most Faithful Fascination
At your side while through The flames
The I Am
I once watched
With gaping jaw
And guilty skin
This One Guy acknowledge humanity
He came alongside the sorrow
Full-on admitted the fire
Reached out His hand nonetheless
Then stepped forth
In Everlasting Love
That I’d have new life
My God!
So I say, Here Am I
June 25th: A Haiku
Today you told me
Don’t leave this moment, but dare
To withstand its fire
Thank you defender
I’ll not fall prey to despair
Nor be Tempest-Tossed
A Haiku: Finished
What if two minutes
Was all you’d left to love them
Would you just use words
Vacillate
Know there is no one
Absolutely no one else
Coming to save you
White Is Us
The Night has shown favor
But won’t wish to wear White
The Night has its own color to live
Eyes closed tight
White is for daylight
For when scared long enough
We open our eyes to the mirror
White is us
This Haiku: He Finds Your Eyes
He has touched and will
When another soul dared not
He will lift your chin
