The Great

All the grand
There is to please, please see
They see as black and white

All the hidden
That would with all senses be touched
They shoo with tilted heads

“My god?”
The thought to speak tho’ not aloud
“How dare you make time for this?”

Tapped

Since childhood
This morning
I love the unexplained
The camel caravan
The deep
I search the gray matter

You the lynchpin
For then and now
The love explained
The morning quest
The amber
I find the merit

And lick my lips

her own poem

He was always his own
On loan
And less of a rock than a stone

She these reasons unknown
Bemoaned
Existing on scraps and on bones

Now with learned heart grown
Wounds sewn
She lives in the no-holds-barred zone

Bright Side

Even if you’ve never known alone
May I pretend you were then
To think it breaks my (inaudible)
Though it heals my heart to think
I walked that bridge with you
I saw you delivered
Safely to your daydream
Yours intact
Mine a pipe dream, as he foretold
