Coming straight to me livin’
On fumes and on hope

’tis mid-day soon, love
And the sun so far away
Oh what will I do

The absurdity
She the Raven, he the dove
Both forever birds

He holding black quill
White linum betwixt her beak
A loonish event

I walk this way, for
I’m hoping to spill happy
all over this place.

i love you, complex,
uncomplicated daylight.
shine on in my life.

When they’re done with you
When they’ve peeled themselves away
Find my hand again

May I wake you up
Whispering straight from my dream
I’ve an energy

Her teacher told her
This has not to do with you
It is the world’s way

Thank you for the slow
Slow-motion snowflakes today
Today of all days
